Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. KinkAI is intended solely for adults.

A model on KinkAI may be trained on your own likeness, or on an invented persona that does not show any real person. Nothing else is allowed. A model must never be of any other real person, whether or not they have agreed.

Only upload photographs of yourself or of an invented persona. Every person shown must be 18 or over, and you must have the right to use the photographs for this purpose.

Clothed images need no identity check. Before you can upload topless or nude training photographs, or create topless or nude images, you must complete a one-time identity check through our verification provider, Didit. The check confirms that the account holder is a real adult aged 18 or over. It does not compare the face in your model with your ID, so it is these rules, not the ID check, that govern whose likeness a model shows. The check is enforced in software and fails closed.

If we are told, or have reason to believe, that a model or image shows a real person other than you, we will remove it, and we may close the account.

KinkAI runs on Kredits. You buy a pack of Kredits in a single card payment, in pounds sterling, through our payment provider Fondy. There is no subscription, nothing renews and no further payment is taken unless you buy again. Kredits do not expire. Training a model costs 50 Kredits, and a new customer's first model is included in the Starter pack (£9.99, once per account).

Prices, and what each image or model costs in Kredits, are shown before you buy. Kredits are digital content and are added to your account once your payment is confirmed.

Inviting creators. Your account page has an invite link. If a creator who has never had a KinkAI account joins using your link, and her first Kredit pack is £35 or more, we add 100 Kredits to your account 14 days after her payment is confirmed. You can earn this for up to 10 creators in each calendar month. Invite Kredits are for making images and cannot be exchanged for money, and none are added if her payment is reversed. The creator you invite does not receive anything extra.

You may not use KinkAI to create a likeness of any real person other than yourself, to create any depiction of a person under 18, to impersonate another person, or to produce anything illegal in England and Wales or in your country of residence. Our Content Policy forms part of these Terms.

Images produced by KinkAI are generated by a model trained on the photographs you upload. They are synthetic images, not photographs of real events, and you are responsible for how you describe and use them wherever you publish them.

You retain rights in the photographs you upload. The images you generate are yours to use. We claim no ownership of your likeness or your persona and do not license either to anyone.

The KinkAI software, interface and branding remain ours.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Model training and generation are computational processes and we do not warrant that any particular image will meet your expectations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can remove a model at any time. Removing a model takes it out of your account. To have a model and its training photographs permanently deleted, or to have your account closed and deleted, email support@kinkcoach.me and we will do it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Unused Kredits are lost when an account is closed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Content Policy, and will do so immediately where the breach involves a minor or the likeness of a real person other than the account holder.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
