Content Policy

KinkAI is for adult content creators aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into our Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately.

A model may show your own likeness, or an invented persona that does not show any real person. Nothing else. Only upload photographs of yourself or of an invented persona.

The following are prohibited without exception. Breaking them results in the content being removed, the account being closed, and, where required by law, a report to the relevant authorities.

• Minors. No content that involves, depicts or sexualises any person under the age of 18, or anyone made to look under 18. This includes AI-generated material, without exception.
• Any other real person. No model or image of a real, identifiable person other than yourself, whether or not they have agreed. Creating or sharing sexual images of a real person without their consent can be a criminal offence in England and Wales.
• Impersonation. No imagery of, or passed off as, another creator, performer or public figure.
• Illegal content. Nothing illegal under the laws of England and Wales or of your country of residence, including extreme pornography, bestiality, and content depicting criminal violence.

Clothed images are open to every account. Topless and nude images, and topless and nude training photographs, open only after a one-time identity check with our verification provider, Didit. That check confirms you are an adult. It is enforced in software and fails closed: if verification is missing, incomplete or cannot be confirmed, the request is refused.

The identity check does not compare a model's face with your ID. If we are told, or have reason to believe, that a model shows a real person other than you, we remove it and may close the account.

Everything you upload and everything you generate stays in your own account. Nothing is published by us, shown to other creators, offered for sale, or used to train a model for anybody else.

We review accounts where we have reason to believe this policy has been breached. Depending on severity the response may include removal of content, a warning, suspension, closing the account, or referral to law enforcement. Accounts closed for breaches involving illegal content are not reinstated.

If you believe an account or an image is in breach of this policy, including an image of you that you did not agree to, contact legal@kinkcoach.me. Reports concerning content that may involve a minor, or other clearly illegal material, are treated as urgent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of KinkAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
