Privacy Policy

KinkAI is operated by KCTECHNOLOGY Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17302910), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We are the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question, contact support@kinkcoach.me.

Your KinkAI sign-in is an account with KCTECHNOLOGY Ltd, and the identity check takes place on our KinkCoach Hub site, hub.kinkcoach.me, which we also operate.

KinkAI handles a narrow set of data, and some of it is sensitive, so it is worth being precise:

• Account details. Your display name, email address, password (stored in scrambled form, never readable by us), your answers to the questions at sign-up, and the details needed to run your account.
• Training photographs. The photographs you upload to train a model. These may include a face and, once you have passed the identity check, topless and nude photographs.
• Your models. The trained model made from those photographs, which reproduces the face and body in them.
• Generated images and prompts. The images you create, and the words and choices you used to create them.
• Confirmations you give. Any confirmation you give when you upload photographs, with the date.
• Identity check. If you want topless or nude images, you complete an identity check with Didit. Didit collects your photo ID and a live selfie and checks that they match each other. We do not receive or keep copies of your ID or selfie. We keep the result (approved or not), the date, and Didit's reference for the check.
• Payments. The pack you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Your card details are entered on Fondy's payment page and never reach us.
• Emails and messages you send us, and records of the service emails we send you.

Some of this data is special category data under the UK GDPR, which the law protects more strongly:

• Images of your face are sensitive. Didit's comparison of your selfie with your ID uses biometric data to confirm who you are.
• Topless and nude photographs, and the images made from them, reveal information about your sex life.

We process this data only with your explicit consent, which you give when you upload photographs and when you start the identity check. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@kinkcoach.me. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and without it we cannot train or run that model or offer topless and nude images.

• Running your account, training your models and making the images you ask for. Performance of our contract with you, and your explicit consent for the sensitive data in section 3.
• The identity check before topless and nude images. Your explicit consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping minors off the service.
• Keeping records of confirmations and acting on reports of misuse. Our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and defending legal claims.
• Taking payment and keeping payment records. Performance of our contract, and our legal obligations for tax and company records.
• Sending service emails, such as receipts and "your model is ready". Performance of our contract.

Your photographs and your models are used only to make images for your account. They are not used to train models for other users, are not pooled into any shared dataset, and are not used to improve a general-purpose model.

The identity check decision (approved or not) is made by Didit using automated checks. If you think a decision is wrong, contact support@kinkcoach.me.

We do not sell your data and we do not share your photographs, your models or the images you generate with other users or with advertisers. We use these providers, each under contract and on our instructions:

• Hostinger hosts the website, the database and stored files, so holds everything in your account.
• RunPod runs the graphics processors that train models and make images. It receives your training photographs, your model and your prompts for the length of each job. Jobs may run on servers outside the United Kingdom.
• Didit runs the identity check and receives your photo ID, your selfie and the check result.
• Fondy takes card payments and receives your card details and the payment amount.
• Resend sends our emails and receives your email address and the content of each email.
• Cloudflare protects and delivers our KinkCoach Hub site, where the identity check starts and from which your model is passed to RunPod, so handles the traffic passing through that site on its global network.

Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. You can ask us at support@kinkcoach.me where your data goes and how it is protected.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, including reports of content that may involve a minor, which we refer to the authorities.

Training photographs, models and generated images are stored outside the public part of our website and are shown only to the signed-in account they belong to. Data is encrypted in transit. A small number of our staff can access stored data where needed to run the service, fix faults or investigate a report.

• While your account is open. We keep your photographs, models and generated images so that the product works.
• When you remove a model. Removing a model takes it out of your account. It does not delete the model or its training photographs. To have a model and its training photographs permanently deleted, email support@kinkcoach.me and we will do it.
• Closing your account. To have your account closed and deleted, email support@kinkcoach.me and we will do it. Your account data, including your photographs, models, generated images and prompts, is deleted 30 days after your account is closed.
• Kept after closure. Your identity check result and the confirmations you gave when uploading photographs are kept for 7 years, so that we can show who was verified and what they confirmed if a question or claim arises. Payment and transaction records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax and company law requires.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact support@kinkcoach.me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
