Age and identity records

Every model on KinkAI is trained from photographs uploaded by the account holder. A model may show the account holder's own likeness, or an invented persona that does not show any real person.

A model must never show any other real person, whether or not they have agreed, and must never show anyone under 18.

Clothed images need no identity check. Before topless or nude training photographs can be uploaded, or topless or nude images produced, the account holder must complete a one-time identity check with our verification provider, Didit. Didit checks a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie, confirming that the account holder is a real, identifiable adult aged 18 or over.

This check is enforced in software and fails closed: if the check is missing, incomplete or cannot be confirmed, the request is refused. A tick box is never accepted in place of the identity check.

The check is about the account holder. It does not compare the face in a model with the face on the ID.

Records of the identity check result for each account, and of the confirmations given when photographs are uploaded, are retained by the custodian named below for 7 years. Copies of identity documents are held by Didit, not by us.

If you believe that any image produced through KinkAI shows a person under the age of 18, or shows a real person other than the account holder, contact legal@kinkcoach.me immediately. We will remove content that breaches these rules and may close the account.

Reports concerning content that may involve a minor are treated as urgent and are referred to the appropriate authorities without delay.
