Payments and cancellation

KinkAI does not run on a subscription. You buy a pack of Kredits in a single card payment, in pounds sterling, through our payment provider Fondy. The Kredits sit in your account until you spend them, and they do not expire. Nothing renews and no further payment is taken unless you buy again.

• 100 Kredits: £15
• 300 Kredits: £35
• 500 Kredits: £55
• 800 Kredits: £79
• 2,000 Kredits: £169
• 5,000 Kredits: £349

What each image or model costs in Kredits is shown before you buy.

UK law gives consumers 14 days to cancel most purchases made online. Kredits are digital content and are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. For digital content, the law allows that right to end once supply has begun, where the buyer has agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that the right to cancel is then lost.

Refunds are not given as a matter of course, including for:

• Kredits you have already spent
• Change of mind after purchase
• Kredits you have not used
• Results that are not to your taste, where the service worked as described

Unused Kredits are lost when an account is closed.

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. If digital content or a service we supply is faulty or not as described, you have the rights the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you.

Email support@kinkcoach.me with the email address on your account, the date of the payment, and a short description of what went wrong.

If a chargeback is raised with your bank or card provider, access to the account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed, and we may provide relevant transaction information to the payment provider. Contacting us first is usually quicker.
