Can You Make AI Pictures of Someone Else? Why the Answer Is No

5 November 2026 · 6 min read

One of the most common questions we get is whether you can train KinkAI on someone else. A partner who has said yes. A friend who wants to try it. An ex. A celebrity. The answer is the same in every case: no. KinkAI makes pictures of you, or of a persona you have invented, and nobody else. This guide explains why we draw the line there and why it protects you as much as anyone.

What counts as someone else

Someone else means any real person who is not you. That includes:

An invented persona is different. If you build a character from your imagination, with a face and body that do not belong to a real person, that is allowed. So is training on your own photos and then changing your hair, your style or your setting.

Why a partner saying yes is not enough

This is the one that surprises people. If your partner is happy for you to make pictures of them, why not? The problem is that we cannot check it. We have no way to know that the person in the photos agreed, that they still agree, or that they understood what the pictures would be used for. Consent given on a good day can be withdrawn on a bad one, and pictures already made cannot be unmade.

If your partner wants to make pictures of themselves, they can open their own account, train their own model and complete their own ID check. That way the choice, and the control, stays with them.

How the law sees it

In the UK and many other countries, sharing sexual images of a real person without their consent is a criminal offence, and AI made images are increasingly treated the same way as real photos. Laws differ from place to place and keep changing, but the direction is clear. Making intimate pictures of someone who did not agree to them can cause real harm and can carry serious consequences.

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. It is the reason our rules are stricter than the bare minimum.

Why we check your ID

Topless and naked pictures open only after a one time ID check with Didit, which confirms you are 18 or over. That check is about you, the account holder. It is one more reason the pictures should show you. An adult who has proved who they are, making pictures of themselves, is the clearest and safest arrangement for everyone. Our guide to how it works explains each step.

What happens if someone breaks the rule

Training on another real person is against our content policy. Accounts that do it can be closed, and pictures made that way can be removed. We would much rather explain the rule up front than deal with the harm afterwards, which is why we repeat it on every guide we write.

Making pictures of yourself instead

The good news is that pictures of yourself are where KinkAI works best. You know your own face, your angles and the looks you want to show. Upload 10 to 20 clear photos of yourself, and training is free and takes about half an hour. After that you can put yourself in any setting, outfit or mood you can describe.

If you would rather keep your real face private, build an invented persona instead. Many creators run a character that is clearly theirs without showing who they are day to day.

Levels and cost

Every picture is one of three levels: clothed for 1 Kredit, topless for 2 and naked for 3. There is no subscription and Kredits never expire. Our pricing page shows the packs.

The short version

You, or a persona you invent. Never another real person, whatever they say, whoever they are. Everything you make stays private to your account until you choose to share it. That keeps you safe, keeps everyone else safe, and keeps KinkAI a place where adults make pictures of themselves on their own terms.

Build your model once from photos of your own face, and every picture after that is of you. Start with the Starter pack: £9.99 to train your own model, up to 15 pictures included.
